Recommendations

1) Certain days and time of the week should be set aside for vendors to sell.

2) Assign a location for the vendors:

     A) Where there isn't high foot traffic,
     B) Where they have enough room so they could be comfortable.
     C) Since the new location doesn't have high foot traffic it should be noticeable from far away.

3) The recommendation location could be the area where the graduation sermonizes are held in the vacant grass lot between the C building and L building that is behind the I building.

4) For the vendor's advantage they could schedule special days and events suited for vendors selling material items and other special events for informational purposes.

5) Also they need to revise the written policy and maybe make it more public.
