Student Survey's

We polled several students and asked them all the same questions. Here are the questions and responses.

1) Have you ever been approached on campus by a solicitor?

2) Did you follow up on their offer?

3) Did you throw away their flyer in the trash or did you throw it on the ground?

We questioned 39 students in two classes combined. All 39 of them had been approached by some sort of solicitor. Only 7 of them had follwed up on the business being offered. At least two students in each class had thrown the flyer on the floor instead of in a trash can. When I explained to the class what I was questioning them about, I heard a lot of people start to tell stories of the "stupid people who stand in the way and try to get your business". The general view that each class had towards these solicitors was annoyed and a little unneccesary.
