PolicyThe COC Policy for the daily vendor program from the student development center states how the commercial sales should be handled, the time, place and manner regulation they need to follow, the commercial activities they could participate in, and the policy violations.In commercial sales they regulate what can be solicited on campus, how they can distribute their information and the content of their information. And they also need to fill out a permit before they can begin Solicit ting. The time, place and manner regulations they need to follow are, the scheduled time they need to be attending. They also need to be located by the "C" building or by the Coffee shop. But, they can not post anything on bulletin boards with out the approval from the student development center. They also need to a college parking rules, abide the county health codes. Commercial activities must be approved by the office of student development in the given time frame depending on the situation. The money that they contribute to vend for the day goes into A. S. G. account in the office of student development. Also the College revserves the right to regulate to their rules. And you can't sell anything that would effect sales in the book store or the food services. And allbe information that will provided needs to true and not be misleading. Also they may not alter the apperance of the campus. If the policy has been violated the college will pursue disciplinary action according to the student code or criminal action for non students. Also if a vendor has no permit they will be requested to leave campus.
